Delivery.
Once payment is received, your purchase will be sent via courier. South Island may take longer.Some items may be sent directly from our supplier. If your purchase is out of stock or no longer available, your money will not be captured and we will notify you. There is no courier fee to the purchaser. Signature is required when delivered, or a calling card will be left if no one is there.
Refund and Returns
Goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase with good reason.Must be in as purchased condition with all documentation and refund given once we are satisfied. We will go out of our way to make sure you are happy.
Warranties
All of our products have NZ warranties. Keep a record of your warranties and receipts.
